The State of Nevada charges $75.00 to register a foreign LLC, $150.00 for your initial list of managers, and $200.00 a State business license which is really a tax on all businesses. Every year you need to file your annual list of managers and renew your business license for a cost of $350.00.
The fee for corporations is on a sliding scale based on the total number of authorized shares stated in your articles of incorporation. The fee starts at $75.00. As with an LLC, your initial list of officers is $150.00 but the State business license is $500.00, resulting in a total of $650.00. Every year you need to file your annual list of officers and renew your business license for a cost of $650.00.
